Shipping Domestic

Getting your item to you safely and in one piece is my top priority! 
Orders will ship out with in 3-5 business days.
All orders will be well packed with bubble wrap, packing peanuts and will be well marked with fragile stickers. I ship all orders via Canada post so that I can keep shipping rates reasonable. You will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped so you can follow your piece along it's journey to you. 

Please allow for 1 week delivery and if you need it faster send me a message and we can make the appropriate arrangements. If the item is received damaged or broken, please photograph the package and send it to me. All items are insured with the appropriate amount and will either be refunded or re-sent with a replacement piece.

Shipping to the United States

Please allow for at least 7-14 business days for your order to arrive. Tracking numbers will be provided. If you are in need of your item for a special date, please let me know right away to avoid any delays. 

Returns

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return your item for a full refund within 7 days of it's arrival.
Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and return shipping fees are also the responsibility of the customer unless an mistake has been made on my part. 
Once the item has been received back in its original condition, your refund will be processed. 
There are NO refunds, returns or exchanges on custom orders.
